The Blue Ming Soup Plate by Vista Alegre is a masterful blend of Northern European heritage and Mediterranean craftsmanship, reimagined by the visionary designer Marcel Wanders. This fine porcelain plate serves as a deep, elegant canvas for the iconic "Delft Blue" tradition, featuring lush cobalt floral motifs that wrap around its wide rim and descend into the basin. Moving away from standard, utilitarian silhouettes, the design incorporates subtle sculptural curves that give the piece a modern, three-dimensional presence. Perfect for serving soups, stews, or pasta, this award-winning plate transforms an everyday course into a high-design experience, celebrating centuries of ceramic history with a fresh, avant-garde spirit.
