- Improved chlorine-resistant and corrosion-resistant fabrication on the flapper and rubber seal, perfect for long-lasting durability in any pool environment.
- stainless steel spring and pin for STRONGER spring tension, ensuring reliable performance every time.
- Enhanced cover construction designed to be anti-crack and sturdy, providing robust protection against wear and tear.Includes all necessary components: #7451 Flapper, 7302 Spring, 7304 Pin, 7236 Cover, and #1132 Cover O-Ring for easy installation and maintenance.
- Installation procedure: Apply pool-grade lubricant to the new valve disc and O-ring seal. Tighten manually using a star pattern , avoiding sequential tightening in a clockwise (or anti-clockwise) direction. Thoroughly inspect the interior of the check valve housing for contaminants. Any deposits must be scraped away before installing the new valve disc, as these residues may compromise sealing integrity. Apply O-ring lubricant to the valve disc mounting surface to ensure effective sealing.
