DMF Retrofit Kit

I need the best in my home, DMF is that. Lighting is incredibly important to the feel of your home. You could have the nicest house on earth with some fantastic furniture, but if it's not being represented well, it's never going to feel right.

Let me introduce you to the DRD2. DMF makes a lot of lights, but this one is the best for the home. The DRD2 has a 93+ CRI rating, meaning the quality of light it produces renders colors more accurately than most lights. You'll need a few additional pieces, though, to make the module work, and that's what this kit is: everything you need for a standard retrofit.

This kit was specifically designed for retrofit applications or when you want to replace an existing can light. Check out the video Mike Figueira, and I did on installing these. If you know how to hold a screwdriver, you can install these; it's that simple. I deced to include some metal mounting clips and a longer grounding wire as well.

When it comes to options, Style is pretty self-explanatory; unless you have wood ceilings, you’re going to want to go with white and match the size of your existing cans. 4" will always look the best, but a 6" is fine.

DMF lights render color very accurately, so 3000k ends up looking closer to 3500K. So, if you want a warmer look, go with 3000K. If you want more natural light, get the 3500K.
