Designed for e-bikes, available for all bikes. The newly designed 12-speed DEORE XT SL-M8210 lever serves up the same fast, precise, crisp shifting as the M8200 but in a single-shift-only configuration. Limiting each pull to one sprocket reduces non-gated shifts, protecting your cassette and drivetrain from the high torque of an e-MTB motor — without sacrificing that quick, intuitive feel.
The complete lever redesign brings a shorter stroke, refined release and optimised paddle positioning for natural, confident control. RAPIDFIRE PLUS, 2-WAY RELEASE and INSTANT RELEASE all feature, along with a replaceable rubber traction pad and clean cable routing. Available in I-SPEC EV (SL-M8210-IR) and clamp-band (SL-M8210-R) fittings, and compatible with previous-generation 12-speed drivetrains.
