- 1 PAIR, 4.4 LBS TOTAL, ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE — Each wrap starts at 2.2 lbs with removable steel bars you can add or remove to customize resistance. These adjustable wrist weights scale with your fitness level — no need to buy multiple sets as you progress.
- REMOVABLE STEEL BARS, NO LEAKAGE DESIGN — Solid steel bars replace sand filling, reducing leakage and resistance imbalance. Each bar approx. 0.44 lbs for concentrated, even load — a cleaner, reliable choice for men and women wanting consistent results.
- LOCKED-IN FIT, NO SLIDING — Reinforced straps hold firmly around wrist or ankle during running, HIIT, and dynamic movement. Built for ankle weights for men and women, the secure closure keeps weight centered so every rep counts without constant readjusting.
- VERSATILE FOR FULL-BODY TRAINING — These arm and leg weights for men and women work for walking, jogging, yoga, and Pilates. Wear on wrists for upper-body resistance or switch to ankles for lower-body activation — one adjustable set for your whole routine.
- COMPLETE SET: 1 PAIR — Includes 2 adjustable wraps with removable steel bars. Use as wrist weights or ankle weights for gym training, walking, yoga, Pilates, and rehabilitation exercises — designed for men and women to support full-body conditioning.
